Position Summary

As a Project Manager for Hyperconnect business team, you will work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Project Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This position is full time and based at our Seoul office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
  • Establish short and long-term product goals and strategies
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
  • Develop new products and enhance existing products
  • Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in related technical field or Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • BA/BS in computer science
  • Project management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends

 

   Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time position (Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7 p.m)

[Customer Service] Service Operation(CS) Manager

Position Summary

As a Service Operation (CS) Manager for Hyperconnect, you will work closely with members of the Customer Service Unit as well as other departments, be responsible and help provide high-quality support for our users from all around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Reply and analyze feedback about our product from users all over the world (Collaborate with regional managers using English)
  • Collaborate with the product development team and developers to analyse new issues, potential bugs and offer solutions
  • Research and make suggestions to innovate our service workflow

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent communication skills in English and Korean
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work well with others cross-functionally and globally
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business
  • Customer service work experience  in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business
  • Customer service work experience in call centers
  • Proficiency in languages other than English and Korean

  • 버그를 분석하고 추적하기 위한 카드 작성
  • 버그가 수정되었을 때의 리그레션 테스트

지원자격

  • 2년 이상의  Android/iOS 어플리케이션 QA 경력 또는 이제 준하는 실력
