Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Track and report user trend and its effect on business KPIs.
  • Identify problems and opportunity by analyzing user metrics and match data
  • Translate insights from data into action plans and ideas to improve user experience
  • Day to day management of backend system and third party

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to define and solve problem based on data-driven decision making
  • Strong self-motivation with analytical mindset to build hypothesis and try out new ideas
  • Ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication in Korean

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in app industry (especially video, messenger, dating and game apps)
  • Advanced Excel skill / practical knowledge on SQL or R
  • Written English Skill

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position (Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7 p.m)
