As a Customer Service Manager for Hyperconnect, you will work closely with members of the Customer Service Unit as well as other departments, be responsible and help provide high-quality support for our users from all around the world.
This position is full time and based at our Seoul office.
- Become the primary point of contact for users in the Arabic region and respond to questions about our product in Arabic.
- Collaborate with the product development team and developers to analysis new issues, potential bugs and offer solutions.
- Research and make suggestions to innovate our service workflow.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- 1 year of relevant work experience in Customer Service.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well with others cross-functionally and globally.
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business.
- Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
