Customer Service Manager (Arabic)

As a Customer Service Manager for Hyperconnect, you will work closely with members of the Customer Service Unit as well as other departments, be responsible and help provide high-quality support for our users from all around the world.

This position is full time and based at our Seoul office.

Job Description

  • Become the primary point of contact for users in the Arabic region and respond to questions about our product in Arabic.
  • Collaborate with the product development team and developers to analysis new issues, potential bugs and offer solutions.
  • Research and make suggestions to innovate our service workflow.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in Customer Service.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work well with others cross-functionally and globally.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business.
  • Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
